Brganhar7 Terms and Conditions – Platform Usage Rules

Welcome to brganhar7. By accessing, creating an account, or using any feature of the platform — whether the Sports Betting section, the live casino, slots, the VIP Program, or any other available service — you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms and Conditions.

It is strictly prohibited to create multiple accounts using the same CPF, the same email address, the same phone number, or any details that identify the same individual. Creating duplicate accounts to gain advantages on promotions or bonuses is considered a serious violation of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — confidential. The brganhar7 is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from the user's own negligence with their security credentials. We strongly recommend using strong, unique passwords.

• Keep your registration details up to date, especially your email address and phone number;
• Immediately notify the support team of the brganhar7 if you detect unauthorized access to your account;
• Do not share your account with third parties — each account is personal and non-transferable;
• All bets and transactions made through your account are your responsibility, even if carried out by third parties who gained unauthorized access to your credentials.

By completing your registration on brganhar7, you automatically become part of the VIP Program at the Bronze tier, with immediate access to entry-level loyalty benefits.

The brganhar7 accepts deposits exclusively in BRL (R$) through the following payment methods:

• Pix — preferred method, instant credit;
• Bank slip (Boleto bancário) — credited after clearance (up to 3 business days);
• Credit or debit card;
• PicPay;
• Mercado Pago;
• Bank wire transfer — Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other institutions.

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 20.00. No additional fees are charged by brganhar7 on deposits. The brganhar7 does not accept cash deposits, international transfers, or cryptocurrency.

Withdrawals from brganhar7 are processed via Pix as the default method. Processing time is under 10 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: R$ 50.00;
• Pix withdrawals must be made to a key registered in the account holder's name;
• The brganhar7 may request identity verification before processing the first withdrawal or withdrawals above certain amounts;
• VIP Program members at the Gold, Platinum, and Diamond levels receive additional priority on withdrawal processing;
• Withdrawals using bonus balance are subject to the applicable rollover requirements.

All withdrawals are processed in BRL (R$), with no conversion fees. The brganhar7 does not charge fees on withdrawals within standard operating limits.

• Users with multiple accounts are not entitled to bonuses of any kind.

Sports bets on the brganhar7 cover football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, and international leagues), MMA/UFC, basketball (NBB and NBA), volleyball (Superliga), e-sports (CBLOL, CS2, Valorant), and all other sports available on the platform.

• Bets are final once the ticket is confirmed by the user;
• The brganhar7 reserves the right to suspend markets, adjust odds, or cancel bets in the event of a technical error, incorrect data, or extraordinary circumstances;
• If an event is cancelled due to force majeure, all bets will be voided and the amounts returned to the account balance;
• Live bets are settled based on the odds available at the time of confirmation. Odds fluctuations after confirmation do not affect the calculated outcome;
• Cash Out, when available, reflects the value calculated by the system at the time of the request and may differ from the original stake amount;
• Bets placed after the official start of an event will be treated as live bets and the odds in effect at that time will apply.

The brganhar7 is not responsible for user connection failures during live betting that result in missed Cash Out opportunities or bet confirmation. We recommend using a stable connection before confirming live bets on major events.

• The weekly cashback from the VIP Program is calculated on net weekly losses and credited every Monday to your account balance;
• Cashback is paid in real money (real balance) and carries no additional rollover requirement, except when linked to a specific promotion;
• Additional tier benefits include: priority-processed withdrawals (Gold and above), a dedicated account manager (Platinum and above), and higher bet limits (Diamond);
• The brganhar7 reserves the right to revise the VIP Program rules, communicating any changes with at least 15 days' notice;
• Accounts suspended or closed due to a violation of these Terms forfeit all accumulated VIP benefits.

• Use of bots, automated software, scripts, or systems to manipulate bets or games;
• Manipulation of live casino games, collusion with other players, or collusion with dealers;

• Balance transfers between accounts belonging to different users;

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions;
